Nicole M. Leffel joined our firm in 2001 after obtaining her certification as a Paralegal. Nicole’s role is to assist in coordinating all aspects of winding down the affairs of clients that have passed away or who have become disabled.  

This process is referred to as estate settlement.  She will work closely with the people you name as your executors or trustees to make certain that all steps have been taken to ensure your affairs are wound down.

Nicole also has significant background in the probate administration of will based estate plans and has appeared before various probate court magistrates in northeast Ohio.

Since starting with our firm, Nicole has been the primary coordinator of over 100 estate settlements.  Perhaps what makes her most qualified for her role is the compassionate manner in which she works with clients going through the grieving process.

Nicole also assists with document drafting, preparing planning review reports for clients, a variety of client related meetings, and helps coordinate the annual audits of advanced estate tax plans.
