Nina joined our firm in 2022 as a receptionist but quickly demonstrated her strong organizational and people skills to enable her to transition into the role of Trust Funding Coordinator.  Nina is one of the first people a prospective client will meet with as they begin their planning process.

 

Nina assists prospective clients in the process of building a list of financial assets prior to commencing their estate planning process.

 

While clients work through their counseling process to design their living trust, Nina secures the appropriate documentation required by each company that holds assets on behalf of the client so the ownership of that asset can be transferred into their trust. 

 

At the conclusion of the counseling process, Nina meets with each client to implement and confirm their asset transfers, and provide additional orientation to our formal maintenance and education programs.
