Scott A. Williams is an attorney and counselor at law.  He received his B.A. from Purdue University in 1987 and his J.D. in 1990 from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.  In 1991, Scott founded his law firm, Scott A. Williams & Associates, LPA.  

In addition to practicing law, Scott served as a senior manager with the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, LLC, from 2003 through 2010.  During his tenure, he taught hundreds of attorneys throughout the country.  He has also been an active instructor with the National Network in their 24 month post-doctoral Practicum programs.

Scott is a co-author of Legacy: Plan and Protect and Preserve Your Estate.  He is a frequent speaker to both the public, professional organizations, financial advisors and attorneys.

Scott is a co-founder and principal of Advanced Planning Solutions, LLC, an innovative software company that provides cutting edge software tools for estate planning attorneys. 

He is also the co-founder of the LifeDesign™ Legal Services program, which develops new estate planning strategies for his clients.

 

Scott is licensed to practice law in Ohio and New York.
