Systems Driven

As we all know, change is the only constant in life. Our firm has developed a structured and systematized process to ensure that our clients stay one step ahead of the inevitable changes that will occur in the law, the family, and the finances.
Emphasis on Education

Under no circumstances do we want to hear a client say, “I don’t understand how my plan works, but I trust you.” Although it is sincerely humbling for us to hear, it causes us to be concerned that the client could unintentionally sabotage their plan because of a lack of understanding. Thus, the key to a plan that works is one supported by education. Our clients consistently tell us that an increased understanding of their plan fosters a higher level of confidence and true peace of mind.
What We Believe
We are committed to providing legal services in a caring and compassionate manner. We offer ongoing estate planning counseling services through our LifeDesign Legal Services Program™ that ensures the highest rate of estate planning success. Our firm is built upon the following principles:
A PLAN BUILT TO LAST
Though it may seem simplistic, Our mission is to empower our clients to create estate and family plans that protect their loved ones for generations to come. Historically, estate planning has been viewed as a transaction, not a relationship. After the legal documents are signed, the client receives a termination letter from the attorney. But what happens when the law changes? And what happens when your family circumstances change? Under the traditional approach, these questions do not have clear answers. Our promise is that we will be there for the long-term. We can ensure that the plan will continue to be effective, despite the always-changing circumstances.
Personal Relationships,
Personalized Plans
Every client that walks through our doors brings unique circumstances and unique goals. In our line of work "one size fits all" is not an option. We strive to develop deep and personal relationships with our clients. In order for us to be effective legal counselors, it will be important that we understand the hopes, fears, dreams, and aspirations of you and your loved ones. Only then will we be in a position to provide you with customized counseling options.
EDUCATION FOR THE "HELPERS"
Every estate plan includes a list of trusted "helpers" that will carry out the plan in the event of a disability or death. Typically, these "helpers" are our closest loved ones. It is both ineffective and unreasonable to attempt to educate the "helpers" during the worst possible time- while they are grieving. Our firm takes a proactive approach to "helper" education. We offer workshops throughout the year to ensure that the "helpers" are well-prepared for their responsibilities in advance.
ALWAYS LISTENING
TO OUR CLIENTS
Our business philosophy has been and will continue to be shaped by direct input from our clients. We have established a Client Advisory Board to provide us with continuing counsel on how we can better meet the needs of our clients.
